About Us
Our Mission In the mid 1960’s a number of Joyce, WA, residents formed the Crescent Water Association for the purpose of providing its members with good, clean drinking water. The Crescent Water Association is a private, non-profit Washington corporation that has continued to grow, now numbering over 800 members. The area serviced by Crescent Water is bounded by Oxenford Road on the east to approximately one mile west of the Lyre River. Board of Directors: Office Staff: The Crescent Water Association office is located at 50870 HWY 112, directly across the highway from the Joyce General Store. The office is open from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted on the office door. The Bookkeeper is generally available from 9am to 4pm Monday through Wednesday. After-hour payments can be left at the office drop box by the side door or at the register at the Joyce General Store. If you plan to be in attendance, please give us a call at 928-3128 so that we can place you on the agenda. We welcome our members' comments. And we strive to satisfy any water problems our members may have.
